I was very impressed with the cleaning preformed by Linda & Angelica. Everything was cleaned and vacuumed as discussed with Hollie during her walkthrough and cost estimate visit. Plus the ladies completed my house in less time than I thought possible! I'll be a client for the foreseeable future! Thank you so much for helping a disabled, older lady!

We were so very pleased with how our entire house was cleaned! It is safe to say that we will have cleaning done by Personal Touch cleaning on a permanent basis!

I have used Personal Touch for more than 20 years and had been generally satisfied up until a couple of months ago. I don't know if they've grown too big or if their training is now inadequate or if they've just become complacent since I've been a long time customer but their recent services have been marginal at best. I am now looking for a new service because despite a couple of calls to alert them of deficiencies the quality has not really improved. My most recent cleaning resulted in me having to remake two beds because the sheets were tucked into the wrong end (who doesn't know to tuck the sheet into the bottom of the bed, not the top?) or the finished edge of the top sheet was at the bottom of the bed instead of at the top. And the last cleaning, I don't think they did more than swifter my hardwood floors since there were still water spots from where I had carpet cleaners in the week before. Makes me wonder if my bathrooms are being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized or if they're just doing a quick sweep and wipe down there, too.

Personal Touch has been my pet sitting service for nearly 8 years. They are great! They are always there when I need them. They do more that just care for my cats. They really do basic house sitting. Highly recommend them!

The girls were very professional and sweet. They worked very hard and did an excellent job!

It was really, really good. The tenant was really happy with it and I was happy with it. The only thing the tenant wasn't happy with was that it wasn't a restoration company. They did a great job. I would rate them high. If I ever need to have service again, I would call them back. They will be on top of my list. The cost was $55 for 2 hours. I thought it was very reasonable. In terms of responsiveness, they came in that same day. I can't imagine if there was any deficiency. The only deficiency was that the tenant wanted a restoration company. It was just great and I would recommend them highly.

They come in the afternoon, as I request. When I call the office a real live person answers! They always listen to my needs, and are professional and kind. I love coming home to my clean apartment! It is nice to find someone reliable. I have been with them for years. And as the name implies, they do add a personal touch.

I use them on a regular basis. I've been using them for about a year. I have a 4,300 square foot house. There is one particular person that I like that comes. If she is not available, I don't have anyone else. I wait until she is available. She is exceptional. She is thorough and for some reason, she likes cleaning. That makes the job that she does better than other people for some reason.

They did a excellent job. I replaced them with another local franchise cleaning company and Personal Touch is less expensive and they did a much better job. I would highy recommend them! I can not say enough good about them. When the 2 gals came to clean my house and the outdoor kitchen their superviosr came on both occasions to make sure everything I needed was being done.

I first had the pleasure of having Personal Touch come to my home wayyyy back in the 90s. I was leery at first, having never hired a team to clean while I was not there. The smile on my face when I got back from work that day is still in my heart. My home sparkled and my shoulders dropped. What a relief not to have to work all weekend!! The name Personal Touch truly represents what this business gives to the people who have hired them. Oh one last thing: I trust them. That's huge.

We have been using Personal Touch for more than 10 years. They are very responsive. On two occasions I was dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning and they sent someone out to correct the problem the very next day. On two other occasions, an item was inadvertently broken during the cleaning. Personal Touch took care of obtaining a replacement without any hassle. Many times the management has called to check to make sure the service was meeting my needs and I know that they periodically send a supervisor out to check on the cleaning while it is occurring. Although the service usually is performed when I am at work, the few times I have been home when they arrive, the housecleaner is always friendly and courteous.
