If you need fast emergency service for your water cleanup problems, you should call Swift Response Water Damage Restoration in Kennewick. When you are in a panic, you donâ  t want to have to call all over town to get someone to come to your home. â  Swift" got right back with us, came to the house and got everything cleaned up in no time with their first-rate clean new equipment and efficient technician (Brian). They even checked back the next day to see if we needed anything else. I was so impressed with how organized and fair priced they were. I would definitely call them again.

I came away impressed with this company! They showed up quickly and explained the entire insurance process with me and took time to answer all my questions. Once the papers were signed, they got to work and extracted the water and set the fans and dehumidifier. They came back everyday to check on the progress until completion. Swift Response is the best! I recommend them to anyone!

We recently had a pipe break in our bathroom in which we had a substantial amount of standing water. The owner, came out fast and was very reasonable in his quote. The actual bill was spot on with no overages. If you want an honest business to take care of any water problems. This is the company for you!

Could not be more impressed with this company! This is one of those services nobody ever WANTS to need, but when you need them, you need them now. Brian came highly recommended by my plumber after they fixed a leak in my hot water tank. The response was indeed swift! And the cost was reasonable, considering the service I received. Communication was great, all around an excellent company I hope I never have to use again, lol!

Swift Response Restoration was amazing to work with! I was a little concerned before I called them out because I had never gone through this process before. They came out to our house in Richland and could tell right away that their presence was professionalism, they cleaned up the mess and rebuilt my bathroom much quicker than I expected. Now my husband and I can enjoy our own bathroom again separate from the kids, yay!! Swift Response Restoration were kind to all my family and our german shepherd dog! If I have a water damage claim I'll call them right out because I know my family and I will be taken care of!
