Did not show for 1st appointed time. Created unnecessary repair work to our home, by not being conscious enough. It has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for an itemized statement plus a plate cover for a junction box he put in. He was a very personable guy and seemed to be very knowledgeable on his job.

I felt like he was in a hurry and therefore didn't do the best work he could have. He put some very large and unsightly copper grounding wires through the garage wall then down the side of the wall a few feet apart until they reached the grounding rods. It looks ridiculous and the inspector even commented on them and said he could have done it several different ways. Nice guy but I wasn't impressed with his work for the amount of money I paid.

I had power go out in the middle of the night to a portion of my house: Matthew responded even in the middle of the night and worked me in to next day early morning. He came in, found the problem, and fixed it while recommending what needed to be done for the future. He kept his fees reasonable, and recommended companies to help with future renovations. All in all, five star service across the board.
