The move went well, they didn’t break anything but there was some minor damage to our new hardwood floors. And when we reported it to the company they took 2 weeks to get back to us. We are still in process of filing the claim

No move goes as planned, but they did everything that was needed and were very careful. I had to add moving some things I decided that needed to be stored at the last minute and the price went up and way more than I anticipated, but the they had the time. The two guys were young and very thin. They did not look up to the challenge of moving, but they handled it very well.

I used Smooth Moves in August to pack up my house and move me. It was a busy time for me and I just didn't want the added stress of packing and moving. Everything went great! I will never move myself again!

Kenny and his team were outstanding! We have short notice (1.5 weeks) to move from SE WA to the Seattle, WA area. Kenny responded to my phone message within 24 hours and made himself available for any questions that we had as it was the first time we hired movers.
The day of the move, a team of 4 showed up and packed up the house into the moving truck in 6 hours. The packers were professional and took great care in packing our belongings. My wife said they were worth every penny. Kenny drove the truck to the Seattle area and unloaded us into a storage unit with the same professionalism and care as his team the previous day. I would highly recommend Kenny to do any move whether it be local or long distance.

They were really nice. They did a really good job in moving our stuffs. If we have to use a mover, I would probably use them again. Some are sloppy when moving stuff but they are fast and didn't smell like cigarettes. They were clean and professional. They did the job when they said they would. I can't remember the price but I think it was reasonable compared to others. I was really pleased with them. They didn't break anything and there was nothing missing.
