Called and set up a appointment, was on time, completed the work with excellent workmanship and in short order.

Watched Youtube videos about the replacement and decided it was a lot more than I could handle. Got an over the phone price. He did it an easier way, was very easy to talk to and professional. Ended up taking about a half hour. Would use them again.

He fixed our dishwasher on its last legs.

The service technician had seen this before on several other wall ovens he had worked on.  Here could have replaced the entire electronic board, but instead he resoldered a weak connection on the proper electronic part on the board and our oven now works properly.  The cost of just the electronic board would have been almost $300 plus labor.  Doing a repair on one part on the electronic board vs. replacing the entire board saved us alot of money.
It was nice having a service technician that understands what all of the components do vs. just changing out parts.

Roy's has repaired several appliances for us over the years. Most recently our new Jenn Air dishwasher needed repair. Of course the home warranty company has their last of preferred providers, but they don't offer the service and experience that Roy's does. We opted to pay for the service so that we would be confident the work was done properly. I would highly recomme nd Roy's.

Called to have our Frigidaire front loader washing machine fixed. Service man was available within 2 hours - he had finished a prior job early and could make it out shortly!  Arrived promptly, reinstalled the boot (door gasket), cleaned the water out the machine, tested the system, and gave us advice for replacing the door parts on our 6 year old machine.  He also told us why the door gasket probably got detached, due to unbalanced loads, and what to do for the backflow pump, and some ideas about replacement parts. Also gave information on the problem of mold and how to prevent it in these machines.  Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast.  Pleased with the service.  Price of $165 higher than I would have liked, but for the speed and professionalism, to get my machine fixed immediately, it was worth it. Good job.

They had been out before 2 times. The technician took his time and never charged us.

Great, punctual, professional. Terry has been to our house 3 times for this wall oven and has always been prompt and professional. Nicest repairman ever!

Quickly identified all problems and corrected them

John called me the in the morning to let me know he would be at my place btwn 2-4pm. John showed up when he said and quickly went to work on my washer. He had an anwser after about 15min. I was hoping for a small repair but John told me the motor would need to be replaced and that it would be more cost effective to buy a new washer. I appreciated the honesty and did end up buying a new one the old one was 12 years old so I am sure if we had made the repairs I would have been calling Roy's again for something else. I was pleased with my service and if I need appliance help in the future I will call Roy's again.sher was not longer

This was an excellent service experience overall. John called in the morning to confirm his schedule and then arrived within the estimated appt time-frame. He installed the new thermostat I had purchased, in the defroster portion of the freezer section. He determined that the defrost heater element was not the problem, so saved me the expense of replacing it also. After 5 days of operation, the refrigerator is operating like new and defrosting normally. For the time and technical information provided, it was well worth the cost of the service call.
