It went great! Jon was able to come almost a week earlier than they originally estimated. He left a clean area and functional dishwasher and happy housewife when he finished. And we even got a senior discount. Great folks!

The plumber arrived on time, quickly figured out what needed to be done, got the equipment he needed and had the sink draining normally in no time at all.

The company as a whole is a good company. Sometimes it's the employees. They tried to convince me I didn't need a winterized faucet but they did install it. I've used them for years.

Work was done quickly and efficiently.

I think they're a little overpriced for the quality. They're consistent and a little expensive.But, they did what they came to do. They showed up when they said they would.

Very good. A plus: the plumber rerouted a drain pipe that freed up some wall space - making it possible to hang a picture. Nice. A minus: in hind sight, I should have asked why the plumber didn't insulate the incoming hot water pipe. I was quite able to do it myself, but it would have been a nice touch if the Riggle plumber had included it in the install. Over all, I am quite satisfied with their service and recommend them and hire them again.

Initial service call was handled during off hours for a weekend visit, another company was contact and call was not returned, Riggle quickly handled the call and placed me in contact with the employee that completed all of the work. Good communication was experienced from everyone associated with Riggle, work was performed as stated in time frames quoted. I would without hesitation use or recommend Riggle Plumbing.

Repairman arrived and assessed the hot water heater tank. He determined that the hot water heater tank still had several more years of trouble free use remaining if I chose to just replace the burner and thermal coupler assembly (a combined unit) at a cost of around $200 (parts and labor included). Less than 30 minutes later we were back to making hot water. Great response time, great value (although I was prepared to pay $1,200 to have the tank replaced and the technician knew it, he still provided me with his best recommendation). Honest, trustworthy, reliable business!!!
