The experience with Prodigy was terrible, almost from the first day. They provided us a layout of the home which indicated one of the bedroom sizes was significantly bigger than it actually was. They laid our tile in all of our rooms incorrectly and refused to correct it. Subs for the tile company did terrible work, including our grout being replaced THREE times, and refused to correct the rest of the work that was awful. The owner's words were, "You would be surprised was happens and this is industry standard." It's unfortunate that this was our dream and they made it awful because of the arrogance and lack of communication. We have gone into many of the homes near us that he has built and ALL have failing grout. He takes on way too many jobs with a small staff and hires the cheapest subs to get the work done quickly and doesn't care that the final product is someone's dream that they've worked very hard for.
