Although I had a small job ProCut was prompt about coming out for a quote and they were able to perform the work they very next day. The saw-cutter did a great job cutting a slab edge flush against my porch and the backhoe/breaker operator was so careful around my neighbor's fence, my irrigation pipes, and my water valve box. The workers were precise, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. I paid the quote price plus tax. The slab was clearly too much for me to remove on my own, but comparatively a very small job for ProCut. I didn't expect to get great customer service for such a small job, but I did, and I am so pleased!
