Very professsional. Took extreme care when moving the piano. Understood the value (to us) of its tradition as a family heirloom. Was very friendly and explained all charges well and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They damaged my stairway carpeting and it had to be replaced. They did not play any games but got right on solving the problem. I would absolutely hire them again. You learn a lot about a company when there is a problem.

Very fast an efficient. Loaded the all my stuff into a truck in less than 2 hours. All packed items survived the 3 hour drive perfectly. Prices were great and honored quote given at first contact. would highly recommend using Pack it Up.

Honestly these were 3 really great guys that came to move a piano for me from one floor of my house to another. They are professional, efficient, friendly, and very careful. I would highly recommend them for any type of move you need! 5 stars from me!
