Paul has to be one of the most friendly, likeable, funny, honest, up front men I have ever met. He loves his job and working with people! He does a fantastic job of zeroing in on what you need and getting it done. He's very down to earth and will let you know what to expect in the coming weeks and when you may need to have him come back to touch up (the whole egg hatching thing). He's good and very prompt. He gave us great tips on fall mouse control in the garage that worked famously! He's just a wealth of knowledge.
