I arranged with Novus to come to my place of work and repair a rock chip received yesterday. They promply arrived, but the building where I work didn't allow my cell phone to ring so I missed them. They left a message, and we talked, arranged for her to return on her lunch hour to repair my windshield. She came back after her next appointment, and promptly removed my "chip" by rubbing it out--the rock had not damaged my windshield, but only left some yuk behind, making it look like a chip. No charge. She (Alex) was courteous and pleasant every time I talked to her, never acted as though I were taking up her time, or wasting it. I give them high marks and have used them for many years, always receiving the same courtesy and respect. Thank you, Novus. I'm sure I'll call again!
