NOR-PAC EXTERIORS INC

Installation went fine, other than crew mis-measuring a long run and wasting their material. Two (2) downspouts were not secured and crew promised they'd return to install straps, temporarily using zip ties. I have left four (6) messages and written one email urging for job to be completed. Even offered to do the install myself and pick up the straps from wherever they are working that day - simply need the matching aluminum material and I could complete this in 5 minutes. Cannot get a return call, or message - and I've called multiple times over the past few months. I expect since they didn't issue a receipt they've worked the jobs off their books and don't plan to respond. Very dissappointed in their lack of response. They left and cashed the check immediately (bank called to confirm for some reason), and did not leave me a receipt for the job. Installation of the downspout straps would take maybe 10 minutes at most - but without the material, I can't even finish it up myself. Very poor customer service - First review ever on Angies List, and over maybe $1 in materials and a few minutes. Nor-Pac has plain earned the poor review, due to not finishing up the job.....Sorry, Keith - had numerous chances over the past few MONTHS to get this done. Get the guys here to complete the work promised and the report can be altered - for now it stays and I can't recommend your business to anyone.
