I am a new hot tub owner. I didn't realize the extent of keeping a hot tub clean and clear. James was very patient and understanding. He helped me every step of the way. Explained which chemicals I should use, how much and how often. He is a very friendly and genuine person. I would highly recommend not only Leisure pool-n-spa, but go see James!
