They did a good job. I have no complaints. I had a lot of quotes on that and they had the best price. They came out and put it in when they said they were going to and they came back and checked. They were on time.

They did everything I desired, very knowledgeable, staff is punctual and very friendly and convenient to contact. Their skill level is very good.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service from general manager Jeff W. and all the installers involved in our project. We received 3 bids for the work. Jand R's quote was comparable to another company, but they were more willing to work with us on moving the thermostat (non-wireless) and testing our ducts for leaks so we could qualify for the Benton REA rebate program. The third company gave us a much higher quote. Everyone arrived promptly, the work was completed on time and the site was cleaned up afterwards. They were also willing to answer the many questions I had. The new system is performing beautifully (so far) and is a dramatic improvement over our old heat pump. Jeff also submitted all the information required for our Lennox rebate on the day the work was completed so it could be processed immediately.

Works great! They are proactively maintaining the system. We haven't had to call them since the agreement. Prior to the agreement when we called they responded quickly. Very satisfied.

When we have had issues they have been very responsive.

We subscribe to the inspection provided by Jacobs and Rhodes for our heater and air conditioner. (twice a year)
Several years ago (2009 I believe) we had to replace our air conditioner. I had experienced a great deal of
problems with asthma and allergies. In fact our cat had had to live outside rather than in the house because of the dander and my breathing problems. I was spending $35.00 a co-pay for 3-5 drugs that I had to get monthly for my asthma and allergies. ($100 - $170 a month)
Our old cat died (she liked to sleep in front of the old air conditioner). I asked Jacobs and Rhodes about getting the type of air conditioner that had one of those allergy type filters. (The filter is 5and quot; thick.) The representative told us about it and we ordered it. After getting the new air conditioner we had all our heater/air conditioning vents cleaned too. It has been the best purchase we have ever made.
I no longer take any allergy or asthma medicine. We replace the filter for the furnace/air conditioner twice a year for $200.00 plus tax. It is much cheaper than the drugs, but best of all I feel great!
We also purchased our furnace from them in 2005.

Great. We have been pleased with the proactive service and responsiveness on calls for years.

They came out and fixed the original problem in the unit. Then he said that there was another problem with the heating and A/C unit and it would be another $2,000. I didn't trust him.

Good. Only thing is he was 3 hours late.
