EXCELLENT! Professional, timely!!! This was the second compnay sent out by American Home Shield - wish it had been the FIRST!!! I don't know there rates but they were very quick, reliable, good communication and effective at getting us our heating back up and running!!! Also this company was referred by a friend and she recommended them highly too!!!

Horst is the contractor for an AHS Home Warranty we have on the house. They have been out various time in the past three years. Each time they are very professional, friendly and explain all jobs so that we understand what is happening, what needs to be replaced etc. They provide other services that we willuse in the future.

I had these guys out on warranty. Even if it wasn't under warranty, I would still call them. They have been in the area for a long time. They have a good reputation. They called to make the appointment. They came when they said they would. At one point, they called to say they were going to be late, and they were about five minutes late, which was great because I had to come home from work to let them in.
