HERITAGE HOME ACCENTS & FLORAL

My sister ordered flowers via the Internet for my birthday with explicit directions to please deliver @ 4:45PM or later. Heritage claims they never received the information. I waited until after 7:30PM....finally checked the front door. They had attempted delivery at 11:00! Of course, they were closed for the day. I called on the following day speaking with "N" who told me "NO one delivers at that hour...NO ONE!" She did offer to deliver the flowers on her way home because she also lives in Richland! I thought that was pretty amazing!! So, I canceled my plans to be sure I was home!! She never showed. When I called the next day (wednesday) she said she was 7 months pregnant. Huh? "Yes, I'm pregnant and forget easily." I had to pick up the flowers myself. For what my sister paid for...the bouquet was wimpy, wimpy, wimpy. Do plenty of sending flowers, so I know what you get. Thank heavens, I do not have to send locally and risk using Heritage. They can keep their snobbish attitude, outrageous prices for items from China and total/complete indifference to customer service! Loved the comment about being pregnant as an excuse for not remembering! Perhaps our senior citizens in Alzheimer's care facilities are just EXTREMELY pregnant!! PS: they had my phone numbers
