Furniture - Sales
The sales people were competent but not consistently attentive. We bought two items - an oak bookcase and an accent chair. The bookcase is beautiful and the one we picked up was as good if not better than the one on the showroom floor. We were greatly disappointed in the chair and ended up returning it. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get it - it took 3. The chair was poorly packaged with protective plastic stapled to the upholstery. The stuffing was coming out in a couple places and it was not close to being as well constructed as the one on the showroom floor. They did refund our money without any hassle so that was a positive.
