Sales person was very helpful, prices very competitive. Then the "fun" started.
The delivery date was missed/rescheduled.
When the appliances arrived, the dryer top was dinged in several places, and the refrigerator front was also scratched by the packaging. We decided to live with the refrigerator; but the isntalled inisisted that we get the dryer top replaced, that took 2 weeks.
The range (gas) and dryer needed to be installed by a 3rd party - that went pretty well, but there was discussion between the 3rd party and Fred's about the LP conversions on both and Fred's shipped the wrong dryer vent tubing, so we had to purchase that from the 3rd party
The salesman at Freds also told us they would pay for part of the installation; but they billed us anyway (we paid it, since it was a small amount and not worth repeated phone calls to get fixed - left messages but never got called back).
Now we're having an issue with the microwave - called them yesterday and was told a "dispatcher" would call me back to schedule a service apppointment. No callback. Called again this afternoon and was told "I'll walk it right over to the dispatcher". After an hour, called back again and this time the person told me "Oh, I can schedule it for you". Now the only problem is the day is 10 days out.
