The company’s lack of integrity led to a Bad experience. Highly recommend another company. In August of 2018, we signed a contract that stated “1 full years worth of services.” Halfway through that year Epic Lawn disregarded the contract we signed and entered us into a new contract without our permission or signature. We had no idea that the original contract was over and that we were entered into a different 6 month contract. We were then threatened by Epic Lawn to have our bill sent over to a collection agency for a bill/contract we had no idea about. When I called the company to discuss, the representative apologized and agreed that they made a mistake but the manager did not want to discuss the issue. I asked the manager to call me back 7 times in 4 weeks and received no contact what so ever. This is the first negative review I have ever posted. Find another company.

The lawn had irrigation problems all year in spite of Epic being the company to install the irrigation and maintain the irrigation. They couldn't maintain what they installed. THe lack of water gave our lawn a bunch of insect damage (their sales guy tried to sell me an insecticide but i told them it was THEIR fault for lack of water, then I killed the bugs myself.

The owner fired the head landscaper and then fired .e even though they started the job.

Epic did a great job with the estimate, a fellow named Chris was very professional and knew his stuff. Installation appeared to be good enough, but the crew did incur some minor property damage, used the back yard as a urinal, and didn't install the irrigation system properly (which we didn't discover until later). When we did try to contact Epic later about finishing the job, we had some difficulty contacting them, left lots of messages, and they finally did call us back over a month later.

They never let me know when they are coming when I told them to call me.  They would say they would come on a Thursday but not come until Tuesday.  They do not do a good job.

I am pleased with the service I have received.  They are good at helping us figure out a plan and coming up with an economical solution.
