The contract wasn't specific but only the best materials were used. for this job (i.e. redwood lumber and Behr stain).The entire job was completed in under one day and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The workmanship was flawless, I highly recommend Earmark..

Our initial contact with Earmark Construction was the bid process.  Rich was very respectful of our small project by showing up on time and following through quickly with a reasonable bid.  We had to put him off for a period of time to begin the job and he was considerate about the delay. 



He and his assistant arrived on time, came with all of the tools and hardware necessary, and worked efficiently throughout the project.  Also, they were very organized, were considerate of input from us as the project proceeded, and respectful of the property and grounds (important to any homeowner  and have found this to be a problem in the past).  It was clear from the beginning that Rich wanted to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. 

 

From this experience we are now completely confident that we have found a dependable and honest contractor and recommend him highly.

General Contractor, Rich was very good to work with and did a great job on the installation of the shelf's and cat door.  I would hire him again for any work I need done at my house.

He installed the posts one day and came back and did the gating, including painting the next.

There isn't a lot to say, they showed up on time, installed the shelves and did an excellent job.  We just moved into this home in January and we will be calling Earmark again, we have a lot of things that need to be done.

It went perfectly well. I love the new floors and the new baseboards in the bathroom. And the floor in the laundry room looks great as well.

Rich and his crew were very professional. He came on time to bid as well as to perform the work. The work was performed on time and correctly. Everything they did was done and quot;the right wayand quot; with no short cuts. They were open to conversing about the work, my asking questions, and receptive when I made suggestions. Rich was one of 4 contractors we called in early July 2014 and the only one to formally submit a bid on what I'm sure was viewed as a relatively small project. I would recommend Earmark Construction and would use them in the future.

He came out right away and gave an estimate. He was on time to do the work. It took probably longer than he had expected, but he stayed with the estimate he gave me. He did great work and was friendly and punctual. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

All went extremely well. Always on time and the work is flawless.

Rich arrived on time and finish early. His helper, John,was a true craftsmen.

The owner is Rich Hempel. They are a small business. He does most of the work himself, and he has a helper. He was pretty professional, and he has done it for years. I do not have any problems; it's a wonderful shed. His price seemed pretty reasonable.
