Description of Work: We purchased a simplicity sychrony vacuum cleaner from this store. From the beginning, we have had problems with the vacuum cleaner and have taken it back a number of times without any satisfaction. The staff are nice, but seem unable to resolve the problems with the vacuum cleaner. We have requested several times that the machine be returned to the factory or replaced, but they insist that they have fixed the problem. Maybe we bought a lemon, but they sure have not made lemonade for us.
