We tried to contact Dan via his website but he didn't get back to us, so a day or two later my husband gave him a call and left a message. Dan got back to us that evening and we arranged to have him come by to give us an estimate and do the cleaning on the day before we moved in to our new (new to us) house. Dan was on time and did a thorough walk through. He quoted us $350, which I thought was high, but frankly I have never had a whole house of carpets cleaned before so maybe it was a good price? Anyways, Dan set up corner protectors throughout the house to protect our walls from the hoses and got going. There were a couple of stains we pointed out to him and he was able to get the majority of them out, including paint drops that were made that morning by my son and dad painting a room. The whole process was done in about 2 1/2 hours. I was worried about the wet carpets, they needed to be dry by the next day so we could move in, and they were completely dry by long before then. We are very pleased with Dan's Carpet Cleaning and will keep him in mind in the future.

When he came he was respectful to carefully run his hoses and manage his equipment that it wasn't any bother at all. My eight-year-old sectional is clean, smells nice & really does look like new. Thank you Dan's Carpet Cleaning!

It all went very well..  Good job.

I thought it went well. My wife said it smelled stale and 2 areas that had stains still had them. I was not aware or the stains and I do not know if Howard saw them.

Dan did an excellent job cleaning our carpet.  Areas that the previous carpet company said looked dirty because of wear, Dan made look like new.  He was very efficient and knowledgeable.  We will definitely use him again!

We called on Dan's Carpet Cleaning to remove a stain from our carpet.  He came to our home immediately and gave us his estimate and recommendations for the stain removal and cleaning.  He also provided us with lots of information about caring for our carpets.  We scheduled a time for him to do the cleaning and he arrived at the scheduled time.  I have used Dan's Carpet Cleaning service a number of time and have always been amazed at how thorough he is when he cleans carpet.  He does not rush his way through the job and makes sure that all areas are done completely.  His rotary extractor deep cleans the carpet much better than the guys with the dry chemicals or the ones that use manual extractors.  The bottom line is that Dan has a lot of knowledge and experience that he utilizes to do an excellent job.  When he left, the carpet was clean and the stain was gone.
