COUNTRY INSURANCE & FINANCIAL

I've seen all the commercials on TV with the little green reptile that says I can save 15% on car insurance... and the duck... and the piece of the rock... and all the others...  I've used a few of them in the past, but have never experienced the quality of service that I have received with Country Financial (and my agent Tim Schweiger).
Currently I have two policies with Country Financial; an auto insurance policy and a life insurance policy.  Both rates are very affordable with excellent options.  The auto insurance policy includes emergency road service and towing and I have used it several times over the years without any complaints or issues.
Best of all, the folks at Country Financial really do feel like friends of the family.  Our agent Tim checks in from time to time to let my wife and I know of any important updates to our insurance policies and sometimes just to say hello.  He's even dropped in at work a couple of times to drop off a home-baked treat made by his wife or some other thoughtful gift just to say thanks for being a customer.  Tim always seeks to make the service most convenient for the customer, by making a house-call, phone call, email, or a personal visit whichever is most convenient.
Tim is always prompt to call back if he misses my call and every call is truly like talking to a friend...  I did not know Tim before I signed up for insurance (and was referred to him by a co-worker), and I do not have connection with Tim outside of our conversations about business (though we've bumped into each other around town a few times), but both my wife and I consider Tim a friend of the family because that's exactly how he treats his customers.  This has left a very high impression of Country Financial in our minds because this company treats people like real people, not like a number or a paycheck.  I am happy to report that we are treated the same by all of the agents we have either spoken with over the phone or chatted with in the office.  Great people!
My wife and I both feel confident in quality of insurance protection we have with Country and the always exceptional, excellent, stellar service we have received and continue to receive.  I cannot recommend Country Financial highly enough.  We would not trust anyone else with our insurance needs and expect to be life-long customers!
