Coca came recommended so I expected more. I paid cash up front plus a generous tip because I needed to be somewhere else during the time they were there. I had requested the house be cleaned so that I could sale it. I requested a full cleaning in bathroom, kitchen and all the living spaces and fire place. I specifically requested the walls washed except for the bedrooms as I was going to repaint in those rooms. All they did was sweep, clean a wall in the dining/living area. If they cleaned the windows I would be surprised because the glass was not cleaned and the sills still had dirt in the corners. Kitchen: They did not clean the refrigerator or dust the top. I have open cupboards and they did not even wipe them down. Bathroom: they did not touch the tub/shower. I have no idea if they did anything else because the bathrooms were pretty clean anyway. Fireplace: Not touched. Office/mud room: Not touched.

Coka and her team clean our house regularly, and have for years. I used a variety of cleaning services before, but was never completely satisfied. Coka and her crew are excellent! I have a large house (over 4500 sq feet), but they go right to work and get through it quickly. They arrive on time, clean exceptionally well, and when they leave, everything sparkles! Another plus is that Coka has always been willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate a change to my regular cleaning date, or to add an additional cleaning if I request one. I can't say enough good things about this company, and will never need to look elsewhere for a cleaning service. I am VERY happy with them!

Some things were not done that were asked to be done. Overall they did a good job, very friendly and professional, will have them come back once a month!

Fantastic. They always do a great job and go the extra mile without being asked. Love coming home to an ultra clean home after they are done! They are very fast too...she comes with a team and they hit the deck running.

They come out every couple of months. They charge every month, every time they come out. They do a good job, they are very contentious. 3 or 4 workers come at one time. They are very respectful of my home. They were the second highest rated on your scale. I got ahold of them very easily and they came out quickly. They came out to the house and walked through and then did an estimate. I have had a few emergency situations pop up and Coka has been very responsive to that stuff. One of the things I like is that Coka is with them all the time. One time, she was on vacation and they came out without her and they knew everything they needed to do and they did a great job.

The team spreads out around the house and quickly goes to work. In less than 2 hours, the house is sparkling clean again and they are heading out the door.

We have had Coka and her team now for several months. The entire process / experience has been flawless. Coka's was extremely responsive initially (quote), and has done everything we could want perfectly. We have indoor pets, and there have not been any issues. We recently relocated to Richland, and of the four housekeeping services we have had in different locations, Coka's outshines them all. Highly recommended.

I had hired them. She's awesome. They're very thorough. What I like is when people that don't have to be micromanaged, you don't need to give them a whole lot of direction; they just do it. For what they did the price was very reasonable. I probably will use them in the future.

I have a 2800 sq ft home that needed deep cleaning. Coka and her crew came in ready to work and completed the task to my expectations. The house was completely cleaned, window wells,oven, stove, all surfaces sparkled and cleaned. The house looked fresh and ready for the holidays. I will definitely use them in the future. On time and very professional.

I called and needed to have our entire house cleaned so that we could put it up for sale. They came on the same day I call and gave an estimate. They were very professional and right on time. They were able to fit our house into their schedule three days later. The ladies showed up right on time and were very thorough in cleaning everything that was asked for and additional things they found. Even pulling out furniture to wash the baseboards behind them. They did a great job and I am really pleased with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again myself.

Very Professional, Coka knows her business! This was a fresh construction of new floors and the previous owner was a heavy smoker and I needed a final cleaning before I could move in. It took a several hours with Coka and her assistant and it was super clean and left it smelling fresh when competed. They arrived on time and was very professional. Mark her husband was also very professional and the two are an excellent team. I doubt I'll find a more competent company.

The ladies were very prompt and professional. They spent a lot of time upstairs, probably more time than they expected to, so I wasn't surprised that they didn't spend as much time on the lower level. They were very sweet and did a good job. I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time and I couldn't clean my house as thoroughly as I would have liked, that's why I called in Coka's to help. They responded to provide an estimate very quickly. There were a few things that they missed cleaning, that's why I gave the quality a GOOD rating, but overall I loved that they weren't afraid to move things around to clean. I was so appreciative of the help and was very comfortable having them in my home.

We called them based on reviews and they were very fast to respond and to give an estimate. We accepted the bid and they were able to fit us in very quickly. Always punctual and very professional throughout the process. Very nice people. We were quite happy with the results overall. My wife is German and she said that although it isn't German clean, it's WORLDS better than it was. That's high praise from her. For the price it was outstanding. We will definitely use this company again.

I have been using the service since last summer. I have been very pleased with all their service. They are very nice, punctual, polite, efficient.

She arrived with 2 helpers. They seemed to take different jobs or sections. Started in the basement and moved upstairs. Their first vacuum broke down but they had a backup. Overall a good job. After they left we noticed some areas were not done as well as others. Some doors were cleaned and others were not. Tops of frames and doors did not get dusted. Corners of rooms and behind furniture were not addressed with vacuum. Bathrooms and kitchen were great. She was very professional. The helpers basically did not speak English and she has some difficulty with it. Her husband is there for the estimate and such so no language problems there. They completed the house in a bit over 2 hours. I feel I may not have been as precise as I should have been with instructions, but was so tired I didn't remember it all.
