The overall process was very easy and Arlene was great to work with. I picked up my drapery panels and couldn't have been happier with the finished product. They were sewn beautifully; lined, on hooks and ready for me to hang. There was some material left over so I asked if she could make a few placements - again, beautifully sewn. I was so happy with Arlene's work that I am having her make chair covers for me; that project is on-going.
