Appollo would not return our calls, and we paid good money for nothing. they finally sent us a letter in Jan. stating that they were going to return our money, but it is now March 10th and we still have not heard back from them.II would NOT recommend them to anybody, any contractor is is willing to lie and cheat people should not get business!
Contacted Apollo and talked to Mitch, and was assured that they would correct or solve the problem. They did come out twice but were unable to solve their design issue with the system. Mitch became
combative and impossible to deal with, and told us that we on our own, and we could not expect any help from Apollo. After the fact, Rob (the competent person) did work a deal for a "Toe Plate Resistive Heater", but that I would have to take care of the install. This became very frustrating for us since this was their design and we even paid extra to have it installed
I'm sure Apollo employs good competent people, but Mitch is a very poor example
and would urge you look to a different HVAC contactor for a residential build.Licensing
