All City Closet did a great job helping me layout a plan for my master walk-in closet. They took the time necessary to understand my needs rather than just design something hoping I'd like it. It turned out beautifully. Lots of shelves, hanging space and deep drawers. Everyone that sees it says they truly maximized every inch and made it look beautiful. They also helped me build several levels of shelving in my laundry room all the way to the ceiling so I now have so much storage in what was dead space. I love both completed projects!

They were service oriented and they analyzed what my needs were. They're experts. They were punctual and so good.

The installation went as described and in the time frame mentioned.
Bruce offered to make modifications even after installation to better suit my needs at no extra cost, which he did.
The material used was of good quality and is still looking like new.

I was very satisfied with Try City Closet Co. Their prices were reasonable. The person I dealt with was very flexible with what time it was convenient for the customer to have him come over. He knew what he was talking about and it looked actually like he said it would when it was done. It got done in exactly the time frame he said it would get done. They left the place with no mess whatsoever. They cleaned up after themselves. They patched up with paint where it needed to be. After it was installed, I realized that there was something that I wanted to change. It was no problem at all to get him back to make that change, without extra cost. So I appreciate that. I'm very pleased with the quality. It's been some time since they did it and everything is still perfect. Nothing broke and it's looking like new.

A very professional experience with a company that provides attention to the smallest details -- they really want to get it right.  I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile -- everything I paid for and more.  I would definitely hire them again.  If you've never had custom closets before, I highly recommend them -- it's something you use every day and well worth the investment.

Bruce is great.  He is an experienced professional who is knowledgeable about the product and knows how to squeeze ever square inch of usable space out of a closet.  He has done three closet installations for us already and is about to start on our fourth.   I highly recommend Tri-City Closet.  You won't be sorry.
