The two guys who came did a fairly good job on cleaning the windows, but a month later, it occurred to me that I should check and see if my windows were locked. I always keep them locked but since the cleaners had to open them and remove the panes to clean the tracks, they unlocked them. I found that not one window had been locked when they finished, and for the past month, anyone could have gotten into my house. I urge everyone who has their windows cleaned to check afterwards that they are locked. One other thing, one of the guys asked to use my bathroom. That may not be a big deal, but I find that most professionals do not do that and I really don't like it. I am forced to answer yes or no as to whether I would hire them again. I may have them do the outside windows sometime in the future. If I ever have them do the insides again, I will definitely make sure they are locked afterwards.

They applied the chemicals, which worked well. However, they broke 4 Spanish tiles from my roof. They never volunteered to pay for the damages. They have not returned any of my calls or emails since.

I wasn't happy with their service. As a matter fact, I have told them to leave because they didn't do a very good job. I didn't like the process they were cleaning the windows and when I called them on it, they were very rude about it. They also overcharged me.

"[member name removed] told our employee to leave half way through the service. When asked why, he said he wanted a different style of cleaning. We apoligized and offered to clean the way he asked. He still didnt want the service. I called him before our employee left and offered the same thing. Again, still did not want the service. I tried everything to make him happy. He still wanted to cancel his service. I told him that since he was canceling service only after the 2nd service that he no longer qualified for the free spider barrier spray and the quarterly discount we gave him 3 months earlier. We only charged him for the services he received but he accuses us of over charging? Our first cleaning with [member name removed] received positive feedback even though we cleaned his windows the same way the 2nd time."

They came out a couple of days early to spray for the spiders so it had a chance to work than returned to clean the windows.

Dallas DeCoria (the owner) came to my house and previewed the job. He left a full estimate of services and costs on my door and I called back to select the job I wanted performed. It was scheduled and he and his employees showed up on time and did a great job.
