I reached out for an estimate on a roof replacement on July 15th and received a text on July 17th asking for my home address. On the 21st I received an e-mail response asking me to text a time for a meeting on the following day. A meeting was set for 3:30 based on the response to my text. I was at home at the prescribed time and did not receive any communication of a cancellation and no one showed up. On August 2 (Saturday) a representative arrived at my residence to perform the estimate. He told my wife he had just received the message 4 days ago. Even given the events to that point, why would there be no correspondence for the four days leading up to the visit? We informed the estimator that within the 3 weeks that had past we had entered into a contract with another professional.

The work was excellent, never late, always responded to our calls or questions, we'd definitely use their services again.

They did an excellent job. The roof and gutters had never been cleaned, so it was long overdue. I am very happy with the results.

They installed a new roof on our house after the bad wind storm in February of 2013 blew off most of our shingles. It was a little difficult to find reviews online as they are not a well known company. However, I am glad I gave them a chance because they did a great job for a good price. I recommend them if you have roofing needs. I was happy to help a local small business rather than a larger, more expensive contractor. My only criticism is they were late the first day and I had to call to an eta. However, overall, they did a great job.
