I sent out bids for an appraisal of my home's value and received several call backs, but Todd spent the most time with me on the phone and I thought his advice made sense, so I contracted with him to do the appraisal. He came out and did a personal inspection, kept me apprised of his progress and I was overwhelmed and very pleased with the scope and quality of his work. He also withheld cashing my check until the project was complete. I highly recommend Todd and Wright Residential Appraisal
