I had a wonderful experience with Super Star Cleaning Services. The maids were thorough, efficient, and left my home sparkling clean. the maids did a great job of cleaning it all up. I appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Erica did an amazing job on a three bedroom two bath apartment move-out clean for us. When I searched for cleaners on Angi, she called me back immediately and after describing my apartment, she quoted me a price over the phone. Her rates were better than the three other cleaners I interviewed. She texted me when she arrived at the apartment and asked clarifying questions. She then sent me pictures of everything cleaned afterwards. I followed up and looked at the apartment personally. Everything was spic and span. The oven was spotless. All cupboards and drawers were cleaned out. The floors and carpets looked amazing. I was really impressed! My money was well spent on this service. Erica saved me so much time! I plan to hire her to do a thorough clean in our new home once we are done unpacking.

I wouldn't recommend them for move out service because they don't do floors which is pretty standard everywhere else. A great thing to hear after they finish and are asking for payment. They also arrived an hour and a half late to the appointment and I had to call to remind them about it or they probably never would have showed up. Anyway, what they did clean (bathroom,kitchen) was solid. Money was worth the job but not the hassle.

Erica is very energetic and professionel. She and her coworker did exactely what I asked for, and I am picky. I hired her for a one time cleaning but am transforming into regular service. She is thorough, fast, detail oriented, and really nice and pleasant.

Erica, her mother and another woman came to my house for cleaning. They were able to come earlier than planned and called ahead. They did an excellent job cleaning and left special touches like making the bed and folding tissues into roses. I hired them for ongoing services.

Super clean says it all!

Paid for a deep clean, before putting our house on the market. Floors were not cleaned. Had to clean the floors for several hours. We complained and they said it was dirty. That's the entire reason we paid for a deep clean. Could have hired someone else for $80 not $280.

Erica and her team were very polite, friendly and professional about their cleaning service. THe first time she came to clean I had some appliances that I could not get AS clean as I wanted but after Erica came over she got was able to get them clean like new (no kidding). If anyone out there wants a dependable cleaning service which does a great job and never has to be told what to clean cause she KNOWS! Call Super Star Cleaning Services first. We needed a top to bottom house cleaning prior to putting our home on the market. Lots of carpeting and some hardwood floors throughout. They showed up when promised and provided excellent quality and polite service. Would recommend and use them again!

Erica did a fabulous job cleaning my house. Both me and my husband liked how thorough and detailed she was and we liked it so much that we will be calling her regularly for cleaning our house. I would definitely recommend her!

We definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. We hired them for a deep cleaning of our house to get it ready for sale. They came out, gave us a quote and we scheduled them to come for a deep cleaning (with all furniture out and cabinets clear). I confirmed with Erica on the day that they would be doing a deep clean. My husband and I have spent the last 2 days doing what they did not do, like cleaning the baseboards, vacuuming along the baseboards, cleaning the tops of the door sills, cupboard faces not cleaned. Basically they did a superficial cleaning at best. I'm not sure what took 2 people 4 hours to do, but it was not cleaning. I am really frustrated and unhappy that we are having to do the job we paid them for. Erica indicated that she didn't quote us enough. I suggest she look up what deep cleaning is.
