Rob Griffin came out and fixed the toilet. He told me a few things as to why it didnt' work and why the things that I used didn't work. He snaked it and it worked for a few hours and he educated me in regards to the age of the toilet and how they may need to be replaced. After it stopped working I decided to get a new toilet. I decided to get all new toilets and on Saturday he came out and installed three new toilets. I had also tried to recaulk my own sink and he helped me do that as well. I asked all kinds of questions and he was happy to answer everything. A week later I called because we had a leak in our sink, completely unrelated to the toilet work and he fixed that as well. I just really like him and he was great.

The responded quickly, were immediately available, and the repair person was friendly enough, but the cost is exorbinant. Getting paid $425 for a 20-minute job is ridiculous. Looked the company up in Puget Sound Consumers Checkbook later, and they aren't even rated as high as some local plumbers whose fees are about half of theirs. Lesson learned: check them out before, not after, the work is done. Hard to remember in an emergency though

Terrible service! They left a couple of senior citizens cold with no heat and hot water over the holidays due to lack of skill and experiences in troubleshooting the problems after 3 days when they first came out to perform the service. At first they replaced the pilot light and think it's fixed and was about to leave, then we tried to run the water heater, pilot light went dead again, we called the contractor back, he then think it's not the pilot light problem but maybe the thermostat problem, then he took 2 days to order the part, only after 2 days he came to replace and it wasn't the right part and he couldn't get the water heater to work. Now he thinks there is not enough gas pressure, we had to call gas company they came to check and there was no problem there, we called contractor back and he wouldn't come back to perform work and not responding after that. Afterall things were taken apart and they left with no resolution and no responses . So unethical and unprofessional.

They did reasonable work, but were very expensive.

Was able to schedule an appointment within two days of calling to replace a toilet. Arrived on time, was professional, installed a good quality toilet. We've used this same company to replace our sump pump in the past and have been pleased with their work.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL SERVED. MINOR ISSUE WITH THE SWEATING OF THE PIPE AND THE WORKMAN HAD TO COME BACK AND RE-DO. WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT COMING BACK AND PROMPTLY. THE PRICE HOWEVER WAS EXHORBINANTLY HIGH.
