North End Repairs

I am an absentee landlord, and I had a property that went vacant in mid-January. I needed someone who could come in and do a variety of jobs to help me get the property ready for sale, Work included painting and changing the hardware on several bathroom cabinets, repairing drywall and painting inside, repairing gutters and soffets outside, interior painting of the living room and bathrooms, epoxying the garage floor, changing out shower hardware, retexturing a ceiling, etc. Lots of work, a lot of different kinds of things. I needed someone with attention to detail, a professional approach, and someone who could manage the project himself as he did the work, since I'm not there to do it myself. Jeff was terrific. He did the work as promised, did an excellent job, and sent me pictures and scanned receipts as the projects progressed. I would definitely use him again.
