Our Company motto is "Every job for your home" We perform little jobs such as repairing garbage disposals, Weather stripping to doors not closing and locking correctly to large jobs such as Kitchen and Bathroom remodels, Additions and new construction. Smaller jobs are billed at an hourly rate plus materials and larger jobs there will be a detailed written estimate with time lines, materials and finished project details.

Once the job began, they stayed to budget, communicated daily on how things were going, had recommendations on what things might work well differently than the estimate, etc. What I really liked was that Todd and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, or called/texted me to let me know they were running early or behind. They even worked across a couple of weekends when behind schedule. It always felt like Todd went the extra mile. When I had changes, Todd was clear on their impact to the budget and timeline and was OK with saying everything from 'No problem, will even save you money' to 'That will be expensive, I can price it out, but you might consider...'
The only bad experience was when one of Todd's crew failed to keep a door closed and my cat wandered into a bad place. She didn't get hurt, but it was dangerous for her and I spent lots of time cleaning and calming her down. Todd had gone out for supplies and, though he told his worker to keep the door closed and warned of the cats, he hadn't and it happened. Todd apologized profusely and ensured it never happened again, and he took it seriously enough.
The end result of the remodel was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the final product.
