He sounded very nice and accepted the job but never called back to confirm and then he didn t show up that day so I called him and texted and he responded a couple of days later after I told him I was going to submit a bad review. At that point, he immediately responded with a handful of excuses why he didn t show up. He said he will not be doing the job and to find someone else and he said to please contact Angie's List and retract my bad review. I responded that I would not be doing that and the bad review was to remain.Do not hire this company. They are unreliable, unresponsive and cannot be trusted.

Mike reached out quickly and was able to provide a quote the next day. I felt his quote was very fair compared to other bids. It was a smaller job and he was able to fit me in before another job the next day. They did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and he is easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Mike Boyce, with "Fall Right Tree Service", was hired to trim and prune our ornamental cherry, which is 39 years old. Mike was pleasant to talk to and made suggestions as needed as he worked. Set appointment for job but called at 11th hour to say he had to respond to federal request for his services because of fires in California...sorta left us hanging.
