Real Estate Service
The communication was lacking. I did not get consistent good communication. The service I recieved was reflective of my price range I felt like.

Keoki McCarthy of the Real Living Northwest team (formerly McCarthy GMAC Realty) represented us in a very complex real estate transaction. The deal included a foreclosed home, a bankruptcy, a third party investor, unusual title and other complications. Keoki skillfully negotiated with the sellers to correctly handle the previous foreclosure and bankruptcy issues regarding the property. In addition, since the property was distressed due to being vacant, Keoki helped coordinate times for vendors to come give bids with us to complete the necessary work for financing approvals. This was the fourth property that we have used Keoki and/or one of the Real Living agents, and we'll be using them for a long long time.
