Great. Emailed Carlos photos of the rock walls and patio that needed work. He came out to the house to review the site and gave me a rough quote. He followed up with a very reasonable written quote that included some of the smaller work for free. While the company was busy with other jobs, Carlos knew the failed retaining wall needed to get addressed sooner, rather than later so he made a point of fixing it within two weeks of the initial estimate. All the work was completed within a month and it looks great.
