HENDERSON CABINET REFINISHING AND REFACING

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Henderson cabinets. Jeff was the guy who refinished our solid wood Cherry cabinets, with a dark walnut stain. We are extremely happy with the results. Jeff took his time but did a thorough job. He stained whatever he could for the boxed, where staining was not an option, he refaced them. Also, Jeff made some additions to our cabinets, such as we added some end panels and molding/ trims. I will happily recommend Henderson cabinets to anyone looking to having their cabinets refinished. These guys are professionals and have years of experience.

Could not have been better. Ross and Steven were responsive, punctual, professional and delivered exactly as we wished and that they had promised. In addition to punctuality, they went the extra mile to work with our schedule constraints.

Our Cabinets are beautiful and feel custom-made, because Steve worked hard to get the exact color of stain!

Ross was very detail oriented but also didn't waste time. He was reliable, professional and gave the best quote. He sent Steve to work for us, whom we found to be extremely hard working. He spent a week and a half doing all our kitchen cabinets. We made some change and added some stuff like corbels, floating shelves and other gimmicks and he took it all and went with it. He never complained, or slacked off, made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it (we were a VERY tough croud), and finished the job only two days late (because of some issues unrelated to him). All in all, we were very happy with our kitchen and the deal we got was awesome.

They were fantastic. Ross Henderson comes out and does the quote, then he passes the job on to Steve, who does all of the installation. Both of them were extremely professional and great communicators. Steve finished EARLY, which is pretty unheard of - so we were very pleased.

I sent an email one night and about an hour later got a return call from Ross, who came out the next morning for a bid.  He was right on time and had great visions for our cabinets.  I was ready to toss them completely and he said they were a high quality cherry that would refinish beautifully.  In the next few days Ross brought out Jeff to go over our project and give us our bid and then Jeff brought out Steve to go over it in further detail and take measurements.  They started our project exactly when they said they would, they were on time to every scheduled appointment and work day, their communication was wonderful, they always returned my calls and talked out my concerns and worries.  They were very responsive, friendly and professional.  The work was finished exactly when they said it would be and most importantly, my kitchen looks absolutely amazing.  I am so pleased with not only the quality of work but the entire process from start to finish.  The passion that Jeff had about our cabinets was so comforting, I think he was more eager to see how they turned out than I did.  The color that came out of my cabinets after the refinish process is gorgeous and better than I could have imagined.  I would highly recommend Ross, Jeff and Steve to anyone.

After getting 3 other bids we decided to hire Ross.  We were originally going to refinish our kitchen cabinets instead of reface them.  Ross had competitive pricing for refacing and told us that it would probably look a lot better to reface them (they were 20 year old yellowish oak cabinets) and he was definitely right.  We would have not been nearly as happy with them had we only refinished them, with the reface job, it looks like an entirely new kitchen!   He also did some additional work in the upstairs bathrooms with the relacquering of our cabinets which makes them look much cleaner and newer.     Ross made some suggestions about cabinet style and placement which really made a difference in the overall look of the kitchen.  
Ross was good to work with, honest, fair, reliable and his crew was nice too.   I would definitely recommend getting a bid from him if you are considering refinishing or refacing your cabinets.    We are very happy with the way the project turned out and we would hire him again if we ever needed any cabinet work done.

Wonderful, professional service.  Our "bones" were good so we chose to reface our existing cabinets instead of replacing them.  Ross Henderson gave us great advice & was very patient with me when I'd change my mind.  He did most of the work himself and the results were better than I expected.

Ross looked at all of the cabinetry in the 20 year-old home we recently purchased. He had great ideas for refinishing and refacing cabinets, and worked with us throughout the process to get results which were absolutely perfect. He regularly gave us updates on the progress of the work and came in on time and on budget. The experience could not have been better. He is an honest, hardworking craftsman, and we recommend him without reservation.

Ross Henderson is the local contractor we dealt with. They were fine. We have a lifetime warranty on it. Occasionally we have had some adjustments made. So, he comes out at our convenience and has those things done. We liked it very much. I would use their services in the future too.

They did a wonderful job. They came out promptly and gave me an estimate. They were always available for communication and they came when they said they would. The work they did was good. They were fine to deal with and they did a really nice job. The pricing was reasonable. They were very personable and it looks wonderful.

While our home is only 12 years old, our kitchen cabinets were all a honey oak that we wanted to update. We had priced replacing or refacing the cabinets a few years back but it was too cost prohibitive. We then heard from a friend that they had remodeled for a decent price so we searched Angie's List for contractors to contact for bids. Ross Henderson was the only one that asked us if there was something wrong with the "boxes" for our cabinets & if there's nothing wrong with them why would we need them replaced? He then showed us how a simple change out of the door/drawer fronts & exposed sides would be all that was necessary to update our look. I have to admit I was a little skeptical but he was right. We changed the fronts, the crown molding on the top, and where we had glass fronts and now we have a whole new updated look that is so beautiful! Ross & his crew were so easy to talk with and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day & when they were done. We are very happy with the work they did & the way it all looks now. Although my home is just a few years old, the finish was coming off of many of my cabinet doors and drawer fronts. I made several attempts to re-finish a few doors on my own but was unable to match the finish with the existing cabinets. I then hired someone to re-finish a few doors and drawer fronts. Not only was the color wrong, they didn't look as though they had been done by a professional. I was incredibly unhappy with the work that was done. I then called Mr. Henerson, who came out to give me a free written estimate that very day. **Much of the sanding and stripping had already been done. Mr. Henderson had to do minimal prep prior to re-finishing.** He did the work quickly, as promised, and took great care to protect my home as he worked. When all was said and done, he had re-finished all of my lower kitchen cabinets, my island and the cabinets in my master bathroom. They are beautiful! They match my upper cabinets perfectly! I couldn't be happier with the results!!

The process went very well and I was pleased with the services of Henderson Cabinet Refacing. His communication was professional and the project was timely. His prices were better than another estimate that I had received. I will contact this company again in the future if needed.
