We called them on a Saturday and the plumber showed up within an hour or two and did the work.

Given that dirt was backing up into my sink I feared the worse-the drain not only was clogged but that there was a break in the sewer line somewhere too. The Fischer serviceman used a tiny camera on a long probe to check the line and discovered the clog which he was able to fix quickly. Then he checked the sewer line and it was fine. All done in just over an hour. It has been almost 2 years with no further trouble with the drain/sewer.

Cleaned out plugged sewer line and video taped the line to determine the problem. Ended up discovering a root ball was growing into the pipe. I liked that they charged by the time spent to actually do the work rather than quoting a large upfront cost like some of the other plumbing companies.
