COMPETITIVE HARDWOODS INC

|Over the past 15 years Ward has refinished our hardwoods two other times and the work has always been first rate. His skills and knowledge are very evident in his dealings with us and in the quality of his work. We have recommended him to many of our friends and they have also been pleased with his work.

We recently reconfigured the closets in 2 bedrooms of our home which involved removing and relocating some walls. The result was we ended up with several gaps in the hardwood floors exposing the sub floor underneath. Ward came out to take a look and give us an estimate and recommended doing a weave. This would mean he would pull up the floor around the gaps and relay the boards so the seams could be staggered. He would then need to stain the new areas to match the existing floor. We are thrilled with the results. He showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame he gave us. He left the rooms as clean as they were when he showed up. The floors look wonderful and no one would ever guess that they were "tampered" with. We would definitely recommend him for any hardwood flooring work.

Overall their services were very good. Their prices were very competitive.

I contacted Ward, he came out and gave us an estimate and about a week later he completed the work.
