Early communication with Clarity went well and they quickly pulled a schematic together for us and provided info for the sign permit application (in this instance I was preparing that to save money for a non-profit feline rescue). The installation of the building mounted sign went well, scheduling was an issue though and I had to push on them to get them to meet some important dates for our opening.
They made a mistake measuring the panels for the tower signage so they were not installed on time. They promised to redo these and have them installed in a few days, prior to our open house event. They did not meet this commitment and it took more than 10 days to get these installed, by then we had opened and were holding events that people were struggling to find without appropriate signage. 
I was still giving them an opportunity for more work and asked about a decal sign for our front glass door. The owner told me that he would install it at no charge because of the error made on the tower signs. We were pleased with that resolution and asked if he could get that installed before our open house on 7-19. Today is 9-13 and the decal has still not been installed. The owner knows my cell phone number and does not answer my calls or return my messages. I have called at least 5 times to resolve this matter. The last time we actually talked I was told by the owner that the decal was made and he'd come over and personally install it that night.
