The move went unbelievably smoothly. We had a number of antiques and lots of artwork we were very worried about moving. All of Chip's staff were extremely professional and great to work with, starting with Kathi in the office, who kept in touch with us regarding scheduling, answered all of our questions, and allayed all of our fears about the move. All of the moving staff were pros. They packed and unpacked the truck incredibly quickly and carefully, and followed all of our directions exactly as to what needed to go where. Absolutely no damage to our precious antiques and artwork. (There was one little scratch, which they apologetically pointed out to us, but it was very minor.) Their hourly rates may seem high, but they work very fast. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm a classroom teacher and I needed my personal belongings moved from one building to another building across town. They did a great job I would definitely use them again!

they were prompt**however, that was the day of a power outage in west seattle,and since we were moving only a mile up the road with both units on upper floors...neither elevators were usable! ...we were sunk! they offered to reschedule...but wait!!! as I text my other half, who was left in charge of the move, that the power was scheduled per city light's website, to be back on toot sweet...the movers turned their truck around and made the move happen...out of the old and into the new condo in less than 3 hours, with furniture placed (mind you, I had at least 100 boxes)....SWEET!!**polite, professional, timely and especially, accomodating, considering this was during the holidays

They were good. They came on time. They talked to me before they came to find out what needed to be done and how much time it was. They just came and went and did what they said they were going to do. They weren't cheap but they weren't out of the ballpark.

The team was punctual, very careful inside the house and with the items (one of which was an upright piano), was very careful packing the items on the truck and efficient loading. Polite, professional and timely service - little bit on the expensive side I thought - but worth it and I would use them again.

They are the best moving company I have ever used. They do a fabulous job, and I like that they are always on time. They are incredibly efficient, and they charge by the hour. They literally run if they do not have anything in their hands, and we have never had anything broken or damaged. They are respectful of their clients’ homes and time, which is invaluable. They are courteous and kind, and they have great customer service. I absolutely could not be happier with them, and have referred them to many of my own clients, all of whom have been happy.
