This place is GREAT! I never take my cars anywhere else for body work. I had work done on the front of my car about a year ago. I noticed the paint started peeling off the front bumper. I took it in and they replaced the bumper and even provided me with a rental car. They didn't charge me a cent for anything. I really appreciate that they stood behind their work. The owner is fabulous and everyone there strives to provide full satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Quality was excellent. Communications and punctuality could have been better. The work took a lot longer than originally estimated, in part because the vehicle was close to being totaled. Computer-generated emails said the car was nearly ready, while phone conversations said they had not even prepared a complete cost estimate yet. I highly recommend the shop on quality and it is worth it if you have time to wait.

I asked for an estimate to remove the offending bit. The head tech took a look and told me that it was there to direct airflow for improved mileage. Could they remove it? Yes. When could they do it, I asked. He replied: Do you have five minutes? He took the care in and removed the broken plastic, then fastened a second piece of plastic so that it wouldn't flap and cause the same problems. Then they refused to charge me anything for the service. It was a wonderful kindness, as I could see from the lineup of file folders that they had plenty of business to keep them busy. But they took the time just before lunch to do me a favor ... I was uncertain what function the piece performed, so I didn't want to pull it off myself and they prevented a future problem. A true kindness that is greatly appreciated!

They were extremely helpful from the time we came in for an estimate. They explained how long they would need the car and called us to tell us they needed another part and would be longer. They ordered a rental car, dealt with the payer, and told us to call if we had questions. When we went to pick up the car, it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out as well as the repairs being impeccable. The added touch was the trash sack with two carnations on the passenger seat. We really appreciated their helpful and professional service!

CarStar provided excellent service.  This is the 3rd car I've had fixed at Car Star and I couldn't be happier.  He went the extra mile by making sure I had my car back on Friday rather than have to wait through the weekend.  I truly appreciated that he kept the prices below the threshold for totaling the car and he even fixed the air conditioner.

Excellent work--completely satisfied with the results. Everything that was promised was delivered 100%, and Cary and Julie couldn't have been nicer or more professional throughout the process. I especially appreciate that they only charged me their cost for the paintless dent removal, since they subcontracted the work. Cary took the time to walk me through everything when I picked up the car, and was genuinely concerned that I was happy with the results, which I was. I hope I don't need more bodywork done anytime soon, but I would heartily recommend this business to anyone.

We were in car accident on a Saturday morning and took our car here as we had previous work done years ago. We lucked out and Cary happened to be there when we arrived with our car on the tow truck. Great interaction from the beginning and he assured us he would take care of us. Both Julie and Cary were responsive and professional while dealing with insurance adjusters and worked very hard to get our car done quickly. Once we got it back, it looked brand new and Cary even buffed out a small existing scratch in another area. Overall, this was a great experience given the circumstances and we would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

They were very accommodating and did an excellent job on the repair. They also went the extra mile and blended in some scratches so the car looks like new. This is a small place where they obviously place a high value on customer service and quality work. I would definitely take my car there again.
