It was time to get the carpet cleaned for my tenants who rent a condo from me. Big Dollar provided the best quote and was well recommended on Angie's List. They showed up on time, did the carpet cleaning quickly and well. The final charge was exactly what they quoted. It was a very good experience.

We purchased a 10 yr old home and hired Big Dollar to clean and restretch approximately 2,000 sf of carpet including stairs, and pressure wash a portion of the driveway. The family room carpet was badly soiled (shoe and coffee stains) and in need of restretch. Big Dollar did a great job on the carpets and we would definately use them again. Kris and Sam were very professional and easy to work with.

They were wonderful. I called a number of companies because the previous owners had animals. Other companies could not guarantee to get the pet odor but Sam was able to guarantee the odor to be removed and if it didn't work I would receive a full refund. Sam was able to get all of the odors out and it was wonderful.

Sam arrived on time and did the job with a minimum of fuss. He didn't complain about having to move heavy furniture, and even turned down my offer to help with the largest pieces. Results were better than expected for our old and stained carpets, and the price was very reasonable, particularly with the Angie's List discount. Don't be turned off by the company's name; there is nothing discounted about the service!

When Sam arrived at our apartment, on time, there were other workers in the way, pressure washing outside. The workers' pressure washer ran out of gas. One of them asked Sam if he had extra gas; he did not. He asked Sam if he could borrow his cell phone to make a call and he kindly loaned his phone. When apparently unsuccessful with his call, he asked Sam if he would drive him to a gas station to get some gas. I could not believe how patient and kind he was helping out this total stranger. He brought him to a gas station and back! All of this assistance working around someone that was, essentially, in his way and keeping him from doing the job we hired him to do. I was so impressed at his kindness and patience. He, of course, checked with me to make sure I was OK with all of this (I couldn't run him as I had to return to my office job after letting Sam in). This just speaks to his personality. The job he did was so beautiful. I wish we had hired him during our tenancy at the apartment; we would have liked living there so much more with such a beautifully clean carpet. This carpet was so old and worn but when Big Dollar was done cleaning it, it looked so good. No problem at all getting our deposit back from our hard-line picky landlord!

He arrived right on time, did the walk thru with me (I only wanted traffic patterns in the guest BR) and said he remembered our floor plan. He was efficient, not too much talking this time, did a tremendous job of cleaning up kitty throw up spots, and we are very, very pleased.

He does a great job--much better than I could do on my own. We've used him 3 times so far. The only drawback is that he's extremely chatty and you have to find a way to extricate yourself from the situation. But, I'm willing to put up with that since he does a good job.

It went well, and they called a week or so later to offer us any touch ups if needed (we didn't). They called just a few weeks ago, to ask if we needed it again, after the winter rains (which still haven't stopped). They will be coming back in July or August,2010. I have already recommended them to other friends.

Sam showed up on time did a walk through the house and told me when to come back 1 1/2 hrs later. The job he did was terrific and he is a super guy. He has a very powerful truck mounted machine and it cleans up everything. I will use again for sure,

They did a great job, everything got clean. I have used them before and will use them again in the future. Fifth floor condo, so they used their portable carpet cleaner and they have one that heats the water before cleaning to do a better job.

The work turned out fine. It was nothing super exceptional, but on the same note it was nothing bad. The work ended up being what they quoted me and I got a ten percent discount. The only thing reason that I downgrade them is that they know one of my children so there was more talking than there would have been otherwise.

Quick fair phone estimate by polite, knowledgable representative. Had "green" products as an alternative to more heavy chemicals. Service person came right on time. Moved furniture and conducted cleaning. Dirty, stained carpets are now like brand new and received 10% discount for mentioning Angie's List. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
