Best Loved Pets

I can't believe how lucky we were in finding Rachael. She loves our animals and even though they are challenging (big, hyper and spoiled) she did a great job with them and never complained or said they were too much. I even had the impression that she really liked them, which made us feel great leaving them in her care. Every day, we received text message updates with photos, which we looked forward to while we were away. She is also more affordable than boarding, and way less hassle! She is super organized, and left us a checklist of things to leave out (paper towels, cleaning solution, broom, etc.) When we came home the dogs were happy and the house looked great. Sometimes when our dogs have been boarded, they seem off for a few days, they were not at all that way after leaving them in Rachael's care. Be sure to give her some leeway. She's pretty great about working us in when we seem to always call last minute, but I can tell a few times that she really scrambled to do so, and although I really appreciated that, I am going to try to take my own advice and plan ahead better.
