Service was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They even came back out a second time to re-trim after neighbor had his work done, AND even cleaned up after the neighbor's tree trimmer left mess in my yard. Great to work with - highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with them. I didn?t pay anything for the assessments because they told me that I didn?t need any work done. They were very honest; that is what I liked best about them. The overall experience was awesome. I?ll definitely use their service again in the future, if required.

We called and scheduled an appointment to have Scott Selby come to our house and advise us on the of our trees. I knew that the plum tree needed to be pruned and there were several other trees that I was wondering about. Scott was on time, professional, and had a lot of knowledge. He advised us in many cases to leave the trees alone for now and not have any work done. Scott was able to print a work report and estimate on location. The price seemed fair compared to what I have heard from others. The work was done as scheduled. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to work hard, taking care to not disturb the rest of the yard. The tree looks much better. It has a more natural shape, and it looks like when the leaves grow back it will let a lot more light into the yard. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up. It was an enjoyable experience all around and we would recommend them to anyone!

Since our neighbor was having some major pruning done, I asked the Bartlett representative what they would charge to cut down and remove two trees in our front yard. I received an estimate which, if I approved, would result in the removal that very day. I approved and the trees disappeared to my complete satisfaction. And as requested, they took special care in not harming the hydrangea which was directly under the hawthorne. Cleanup was thorough. No branches or hawthorne thorns remained on the lawn or surrounding area. Can't ask for better service. Compliments to Scott and the Bartlett crew.

We really appreciated this company's professionalism and concern for sustainable use of resources. They removed and trimmed trees on our property over several different visits. The $6000 that we've spent represents a considerable amount of work combined over the visits. They created a comprehensive map of all the trees on our property and we worked with them to determine which trees should go and which should stay. They were very professional in their work, especially the lead person on the job. We had an excellent experience overall.

They take care of trees instead of just cutting them down. They are very scientific with their service. They do not use spikes when climbing, they specialized in pruning. I would recommend to anyone who cares about their trees. They were responsive and very informative. They also use vehicles that are powered by 100% biodegradable diesel. They were a little high priced, but the quality was more than worth it.
