I don't have a specific job in mind but they have helped us with rodents in the attic (that was fun!) and have helped clients with rodents on their properties. With our house, we did the work to block the rats based on their advice. For my clients, they did both the repairs, bait traps and advice.

Both Jason and Matt were thorough and professional. Matt did run out of flashing and had to return three days later, but the bulk of the job was completed and Jason returned to inspect Matt's work. We do have an ongoing relationship with ARealty, as Jason comes out to check the rodent stations every other month.

THE OWNER CAME, GAVE AN ESTIMATE, AND STARTED THAT VERY DAY. THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS, EFFICIENT, AND REASONABLY PRICED. WE HAVENT SEEN A RAT SINCE.
