I am a professional property manager. It is difficult to find a competent and economical contractor to satisfy all handyman services. I have found this person and hope to keep him for many years as long as he is in the business. The guy has a really nice long box truck. He also has a trailer on the back. He has all the necessary equipment at the job site. He shows up completely prepared with all the tools. He has done things as far as painting, tile work, siding, any general repairs. If he can't do it himself he knows others who can. He comes up with creative ways to solve problems. He has definitely found his niche in life.
