Work was completed and paid in full on 5/8/24. After that, I asked for pictures which I received some. I asked about a warranty on the roof for materials and labor, and an estimate on other projects several times. I have received no warranty, or estimates as of this writing 6/12/25. I have not received any call backs or responses to my email queries either. When I call the business number, I get voicemail. No responses. Called Angi and the agent transferred me to their customer service where I waited on hold for 15 minutes. I tried calling the number back and the same thing.
