THEY ARE ON CALL TWENTY-FOUR HOURS A DAY, WE JUST ACTIVATE OUR ALARM WHEN WE WANT THEM TO MONITOR IT AND CONTACT US IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
